This page covers the documentation of our plugin Divi ACF Masonry Gallery.

Plugin Activation

To download the plugin, visit your Account page and download the zip file. Afterward, navigate to your site dashboard and open the plugins menu page. Click on the sub menu “Add New” and upload the plugin by clicking the “Upload Plugin” button. Once it’s uploaded, activate the plugin, and a new sub-menu called “Divi Coding” will appear under the Plugins menu. On that menu, you can enter the license for our plugin. An active license is only required for automatic updates and to have access to support.


In this section, you can set the ACF Gallery field by entering the name in the “ACF Gallery Field Name” input. The module will them automatically readd all images from the ACF field. You can also customize the gallery by doing the following:

  • Limit the number of images displayed on the grid by setting the “Number” parameter. Set it to 0 to show all images.
  • Choose the order in which you want to show the images. You can set it to ascending or descending order.
  • Arrange the images by date, name, slug, or random instead of using the selection order.
  • Show or hide the title, caption, and description of the images.
  • Choose an action for the image click event. You can disable it, show the image in a lightbox, or show all images in a lightbox gallery.
  • Show or hide the title, caption, and description of the images inside the lightbox.

In this section, you set the max width for the masonry layout of the images, this will define the number of columns you want to show on each screen size. Set the columns gap and set the gallery to minify mode this will place items on the shortest column or keep the exact order of the images list. 

Additionally, you can set:

  • Items background color
  • Show or hide the overlay
  • Set the overlay icon, icon color, and background color.

Other Design Options

There are options to control the font settings of the title, excerpt, and link. And the other usual Divi module design settings.
