How We Work Together

To ensure a smooth and transparent collaboration, each website package includes the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

  • 35% deposit required to begin work.
  • Remaining 65% due upon project completion and before site launch.
  • Payments accepted via credit card (Stripe), PayPal, or cryptocurrency (Coinbase).

2. Project Timeline

  • Tier 1: Estimated delivery within 1–2 weeks.
  • Tier 2: Estimated delivery within 2–4 weeks.
  • Tier 3: Estimated delivery within 3–6 weeks. The timeline may vary based on the client's response time and revisions requested.

3. Revisions

  • Each tier includes up to 10 rounds of design revisions
  • Additional revisions billed at hourly rate ($35/hr)

4. Communication & Check-ins

  • Regular updates via email.

5. Ownership & Launch

  • Final website files and credentials transferred upon full payment.
  • Client retains full ownership of the completed website.

6. Support & Maintenance

  • Support level varies by package (see above).
  • Ongoing maintenance available upon request, billed separately.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled before work starts: full refund of deposit.
  • If canceled after work begins: refund prorated based on progress.
